We live in the Wildlife Urban Interface.  Wildfires happen all around our neighborhood every year.  One of the most effective ways to improve the wildfire safety of your property is to take primary responsibility for it.

Get a property inspection by the fire department so you can sign up for the free chipper program.  The city provides a chipper that will pick up brush and flammable vegetation per a schedule.
